Holy Cow!!! What a game for our team! With only five players (and a loaner from the opponent)(thank you Jordan and Jack), we still held the toughest team to only two goals! Fantastic! The guys did it with determination and tenacity. They never quit; even when they were exhausted. Andrew played a solid game in the middle for the first half, and a great game in goal for the second half. Tyler also played a tough game in goal for the first half, and an amazingly aggresive second half on defense. Brandon gave his all today on every part of the field; with clearing kicks on our end and shots on goal at their end. Devanand also left everything on the field, as he was centering kicks and manning the center on offense, and getting back to help on defense. LUCAS was an absolute fireball today!!! Both coaches were pleasantly surprised by the Lucas that played today. Attacking the ball like there was no tomorrow; slide tackles and pushes on offense.
Once again, WOW!!! Thank you to all the players that came out this season; and to the parents for their time and patience while our team grew. And it goes without saying( although I'm going to say it anyway) : A Huge Thank You to Coach Rachael for her time, effort and expertise!!!
