Program Structure

A. Promote Sport Specific Conditioning in preparation for High School Tryouts

    Two program weeks offered this year. In response to player interest and family vacations.

        1.  Week 1 August 4^th through 8^th is soccer specific.

        2.  Week 2 August 11^th through 15^th open to Soccer and Field Hockey conditioning needs.

        3.  Clinic will place maximum emphasis on conditioning exercises promoting fitness

        4.  Maximum touches on the ball with small and full sided games.

B. Two-A-Day Training Program each Day:  Morning: 8:30 to 11:30     Afternoon: 12:30 to 3:00

C. Participants bring their own Lunch. Pizza/Restaurants/Water Ice local to fields

D. Registration is capped at 50 participants…..Register Early!!!!!
